Tung Sam Lau

Located near Victory Square, Tung Sam Lau is a 10-storey, concrete building that includes 76 affordable homes for seniors in the community, with a range of unit types and round-the-clock supports to promote safety and stability. Community Land Trust (CLT) was awarded the site through the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) with a 99-year lease from the City of Vancouver, and Atira Women’s Resource Society named as the operator. This development is funded through CMHC’s Rapid Housing Initiative.
