We have Completed The Heights on Austin

The Heights on Austin by Beedie Living is now complete. This tower comprises 177 homes and an underground parkade in Coquitlam’s Austin Heights neighbourhood. These move-in ready homes are nestled in the heart of Austin Heights; everything you require is just a short stroll away. Positioned atop a hill, The Heights on Austin offers stunning river and mountain vistas from every floor.

‘Cascade City’ Has Been Completed

Congratulations to Adria Electric’s staff for completing Landa Global‘s “Cascade City” project in Richmond. The team worked hard on this project costing of two residential towers rising over a mixed-use shared podium. We are so excited to see our work come to fruition.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of Storia by Beedie Living. Situated in Burnaby Heights, this five-storey mixed-use building has been crafted with careful thought and intelligent design that will stand up against the test of time.

We are excited to announce the completion of “Wisteria Place” an independent seniors’ living community. Wisteria Place was built in partnership between TL Housing Solutions and Optima Living. We enjoyed being part of this special project.

We have just Completed Main & Twentieth

We are excited to announce the completion of Landa Global Properties’ “Main & Twentieth” project. This modern mixed-use building’s contemporary exterior complements the scale and spirit of the neighbourhood. On the ground floor, street-front retail spaces face Main Street, while innovative loft residences face 20th and the rear of the building.
